Licensed Massage Therapist/Medical Massage Practitioner
What the heck does that mean?  It means that Danielle Russo must have to
have a very large business card, for one thing!  Goodness, that IS a mouthful.
Here's how she describes her practice (which tells ME that the question has
come up before!):   Medical Massage is outcome based therapy and can be an
alternative to surgery in many cases.  Although Danielle gives a heck of a
relaxation massage-and enjoy giving them!, her forte is in getting people back
to life.  Soft tissue issues (as she refers to them) can be debilitating,
excruciating, and make you feel as if you have one foot in the grave.  People
need to know this therapy is out there, treating the cause and not just the
symptom of such things as rotator cuff injuries, golfer's elbow, tennis elbow,
sciatica, TMJ, carpal tunnel, tendinitis, chronic back pain, migraine headaches,
plantar fasciitis---the list is long.   Well, if that didn't explain it well enough,
check out Danielle's
website.   Her office, called  Advanced Muscle
Maintenance,  is in  Westchase, at 11222 Richmond.  Call 832-594-8705 for an
appointment.

Wellness Bodyworks by Debora B.   Presents…Reflexology!!!

Experience the deeply relaxing, gentle, and non-invasive therapeutic bodywork
with Debora.

*Debora is trained to conduct up to 3 hours session of reflexology
*Unlike most who only work on the feet, Debora not only reflex the feet, but
the hands and the ears as well.   What is reflexology?
        Reflexology is a unique technique that works with the nerve
endings located in the feet, hands, and ears.  Since these nerves
function throughout the body, working on the nerve endings located at
the extremities has shown positive effects throughout the whole body.
        Reflexology is known for having positive effects such as
            stress reduction
            tension relief
        deep relaxation, thus, better quality of sleep
        increase of the immune system
            increase of blood circulation
        restoration of an overall sense of wellbeing.

It’s also a great experience if you spend hours on your feet or perform
repetitive work with your hands such as typing.
People who are recovering from illness involving physical rehabilitation may
also receive great benefits.
Call Debora at 832-325-8895.  Mention that you saw this listing on Social
Notes and receive a First Time Discounted Session of $45.00/hour.  *
*Discount is good until April 30th, 2009.  * Regular session is $60.00/hour
