Once you see the difference between the rates you currently have with your provider and what Ignite can offer you then I know you will want to switch. It’s easy to switch all you need is to have a copy of your current bill with you when you go to my website.
1. Go to Karen's website 2. Go to Enroll For Service 3. Follow the easy steps…don’t forget you will need your current bill so please have it handy. You will need the ESI number from your current bill. 4. Once you complete the form, in 24 hours or less a customer service representative will call you to verify the switch. Once you confirm the switch you will receive one final bill from your current provider. Your next Bill will be sent from Ignite/Stream Energy. It’s that simple! P.S. If you currently have balanced billing; your current provider will have you pay the excess at the close of their statement before billing switches to ignite.
