Asparagus with Wasabi Dip
We tried drizzling the dip on the asparagus, but that didn't work too well. It would be better to serve it on the side as a dip.

Instructions
Directions for Dip:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the wasabi powder with the water until a smooth paste forms; let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk in the yogurt, goat cheese and sugar.
  3. Season with salt.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate until chilled.
Instructions for Preparation of Asparagus:
  1. Blanch asparagus in a large saucepan of boiling salted water 1 minute.
  2. Transfer to a colander and rinse under cold running water to stop cooking.
  3. Drain well and pat dry.
