  1. Mince garlic in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Add black beans and 12 Tablespoons of reserved liquid
  3. Add all the lemon juice and tahini
  4. Add half of the cumin, salt and cayenne pepper
  5. Process until smooth.
  6. Add the rest of the seasoning and liquid to taste
