  • 2 Bell Peppers Cut peppers in half (leaving the stem on), and clean out the insides.

  • 2 Bell Peppers Cut peppers in half (leaving the stem on), and clean out the insides.
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except the feta cheese in a food processor.
  2. Process until desired consistency is reached. Olive tapenade should be course with some chunks, not smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in feta, mixing by hand.
  4. Spoon the tampenade into the pepper boats
